Short Comments:
The first lab on the left of the first image is for Nicole Kuepper. Because that she is studying the solar energy and electricity, a lab on a higher position maybe helpful for her to collect the sunlight and do the experiments.
The other lab is for Stephen Hawking so that a big roof and platform area and a large open space can let him observe the universe.
